(1) If the recommendation report of the subject committee submitted according to rule 7 is deemed appropriate, the council will decide to register the name of the applicant recommended by the subject committee in the council.
(2) In the case of non-Nepali citizens, a decision should be made to register their names with the council so that they can work as health professionals in Nepal for a maximum of one year.
(3) If a non-Nepali citizen who has registered his name for a specified period according to sub-rule (2) wants to register his name again with the Council after the expiry of that period, he must submit an application for re-registration and if such an application is received, the Council shall complete the other procedures mentioned in this regulation and He can decide to re-register the name at a time not to exceed one year.
